General Pool & Spa Service Questions
What services does Done Right Pool & Spa provide?
We provide three core services: Pool Equipment Replacement, Pool & In-Ground Spa Repairs, and Pool & Spa Maintenance. Visit our main Services page for an overview of each service and more information about how we can help with your pool or in-ground spa.
Do you work on both swimming pools and spas?
Yes. Our services cover swimming pools and in-ground spas. The appropriate service will depend on the concern, equipment, and condition of your pool or spa.
Do I need to know what is wrong before contacting you?
No. You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. Tell us what you have noticed, such as equipment not operating as expected or another change in your pool or spa. We can evaluate the concern and discuss what may need attention.
Pool Repair & Equipment Questions
How do I know if my pool equipment needs repair or replacement?
An equipment problem does not automatically mean replacement is necessary. The condition of the equipment and the cause of the problem can help determine whether pool equipment repair or replacement is the more appropriate solution.
Can pool equipment sometimes be repaired instead of replaced?
Yes. Some equipment problems may be repairable. For example, one customer contacted us about a pool pump problem that was traced to a failed capacitor. Replacing the capacitor resolved the issue without replacing the entire pump.
Can you replace a pool pump?
Yes. Our experience includes pool pump replacement. One customer specifically shared that Joel replaced an existing pool pump with a high-efficiency model and described the service as reliable and honest.
Do you provide in-ground spa repairs?
Yes. Pool and in-ground spa repairs are one of our three core service areas. Tell us what you have noticed, and we can better understand the concern and determine what may need attention.
Pool & Spa Maintenance Questions
Why is regular pool maintenance important?
Regular pool maintenance helps you stay on top of ongoing care and makes it easier to recognize changes in how your pool, spa, or equipment is operating. Consistent attention can help you identify when something may need further evaluation.
What happens if you notice a problem during maintenance?
If we notice something that may need additional attention, we can communicate the concern and discuss possible next steps with you. Our goal is to keep you informed so you can make an appropriate decision for your pool or spa.
